46:10 I declare the end from the beginning, and ancient times from what is still to come. I say, 'My purpose will stand, and all My good pleasure I will accomplish.'
Ephesians 1:11
1:11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
1:11 In Him we were also chosen as God's own, having been predestined according to the plan of Him who works out everything by the counsel of His will,
Hebrews 6:17
6:17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
6:17 So when God wanted to make the unchanging nature of His purpose very clear to the heirs of the promise, He guaranteed it with an oath.
Romans 9:15; Romans 9:18
9:15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. 9:18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.
9:15 For He says to Moses: "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." 9:18 Therefore God has mercy on whom He wants to have mercy, and He hardens whom He wants to harden.

b. James 1:15, 17; 1 John 1:5
James 1:15; James 1:17
1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
1:15 Then after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death. 1:17 Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, with whom there is no change or shifting shadow.
1 John 1:5
1:5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
1:5 And this is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you: God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.

4:27 For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together, 4:28 For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done.
4:27 In fact, this is the very city where Herod and Pontius Pilate conspired with the Gentiles and the people of Israel against Your holy servant Jesus, whom You anointed. 4:28 They carried out what Your hand and will had decided beforehand would happen.
John 19:11
19:11 Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.

Ephesians 1:3–5
1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms. 1:4 For He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless in His presence. In love 1:5 He predestined us for adoption as His sons through Jesus Christ, according to the good pleasure of His will,
