  1. a. Hebrews 10:24–25; 3:12–13

    Hebrews 10:24–25

10:24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

10:24 And let us consider how to spur one another on to love and good deeds. 10:25 Let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

    Hebrews 3:12–13

3:12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. 3:13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

3:12 See to it, brothers, that none of you has a wicked heart of unbelief that turns away from the living God. 3:13 But exhort one another daily, as long as it is called today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness.

  4. d. 1 Corinthians 12:14–27

    1 Corinthians 12:14–27

12:14 For the body is not one member, but many. 12:15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? 12:16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? 12:17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? 12:18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. 12:19 And if they were all one member, where were the body? 12:20 But now are they many members, yet but one body. 12:21 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. 12:22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary: 12:23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness. 12:24 For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked: 12:25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. 12:26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it. 12:27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

12:14 For the body does not consist of one part, but of many. 12:15 If the foot should say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body," that would not make it any less a part of the body. 12:16 And if the ear should say, "Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body," that would not make it any less a part of the body. 12:17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? 12:18 But in fact, God has arranged the members of the body, every one of them, according to His design. 12:19 If they were all one part, where would the body be? 12:20 As it is, there are many parts, but one body. 12:21 The eye cannot say to the hand, "I do not need you." Nor can the head say to the feet, "I do not need you." 12:22 On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 12:23 and the parts we consider less honorable, we treat with greater honor. And our unpresentable parts are treated with special modesty, 12:24 whereas our presentable parts have no such need. But God has composed the body and has given greater honor to the parts that lacked it, 12:25 so that there should be no division in the body, but that its members should have mutual concern for one another. 12:26 If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. 12:27 Now you are the body of Christ, and each of you is a member of it.

  5. e. Acts 5:4; Ephesians 4:28

    Acts 5:4

5:4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.

5:4 Did it not belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, was it not at your disposal? How could you conceive such a deed in your heart? You have not lied to men, but to God!"

    Ephesians 4:28

4:28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

4:28 He who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing good with his own hands, that he may have something to share with the one in need.
